Mr. Lukasz Ciolko has been the Chairman since 2022. Prior to this, he was the board member of the Ursynow District in Warsaw and Deputy Director of the Department of Intellectual Property and Media at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director of the Department of Fuel and Power Companies at the Ministry of State Assets.

Mr. Pawel Majewski has been the President since 2022. Prior to this, he was the President of the Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. Mr. Majewski also held the positions of President of the Grupa LOTOS S.A., Vice-President of the Huta Stalowa Wola S.A, Board Member at DO & CO Poland Sp. z o.o. and President of the Airport Cleaning Service Sp. z o.o. In addition, he has extensive professional experience in managerial positions, including at PETROLOT Sp. z o.o. (currently: ORLEN Aviation Sp. z o.o.) and as the Director of the Variable Margin and Production Management Division at PGNiG TERMIKA S.A.
