Mr. Giuseppe Conti has been the President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Enel Green Power from 2013 to 2017; Head of Legal Coordination and Research & Development of Endesa S.A. from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Conti joined the company in 2003.

Mr. James Lee Stancampiano has been the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as Business Development Manager for Latin America region from 2016 to 2021; and Business Development Manager of Enel Green Power's Southern Cone area. Mr. Stancampiano joined the group in 2009.

Mr. Juan Francisco da Fonseca has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Engineering and Maintenance at Invertec Pesquera Mar de Chiloe; Head of the Planning and Industrial Control function for Global Enel X in Latin America; Head of Planning & Control of Market and Enel X Chile and Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Enel Americas. Mr. Fonseca joined the group in 2007 and served in Administration, Finance and Control divisions at Enel Distribucion Chile.
