Mr. Kevin Reinhart has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the President of western-world operations at Nexen. He was also the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Nexen from 2012 to 2013. Before this, he also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Nexen from 2009 to 2012. Mr Reinhart has also held various senior roles in risk management, financial reporting, treasury, corporate planning and business development at Nexen from 1994 to 2009.

Mr. Paul S. Artt joined the company in September 2025 as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he served as the Group President of Production & Automation Technologies at ChampionX Corporation from 2018 to 2025. He also held the role of President of Artificial Lift at Dover Corporation, following various engineering and executive management positions focused on technical solutions for the energy sector.

Mr. Preet Dhindsa has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2025 to September 2025. He also held executive roles as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ENMAX Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Banking & Markets (GBM), at Scotiabank. Prior to this he was a professional accountant with KPMG.

Ms. Carina S. Gillenwater has been Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she held senior roles as Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Southwestern Energy, Nabors, SLB, and Weatherford. She also served in various global Human Resource leadership positions across the energy sector, focusing on cultural transformation and people development.
