Mr. Federico R. Lopez has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDC since 2010. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Gen Corporation and First Philippine Holdings Corporation (FPHC), Director of ABS-CBN, First Private Power Corp., and Bauang Private Power Corp. Mr. Lopez also serves as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Gen Hydro Power Corp., First Gen Energy Solutions, Inc., FG Bukidnon Power Corp., First Gas Power Corp., FGP Corp., Unified Holdings Corp., Red Vulcan Holdings Corp., Prime Terracota Holdings Corp., First Gas Holdings Corp., First NatGas Power Corp. and First Gas Pipeline Corp. He also has been a member of of First Philippines Holdings Corporation’s Energy Task Force since 1993.

Mr. Erwin O. Avante serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Compliance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Compliance Officer for the SEC, from 2014. Mr. Avante joined the company in 1998. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Audit In charge at SGV & Co.

Mr. Jerome H. Cainglet has been the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and Head of the Enterprise Commercial Group of the Company. Previously he served leadership roles at First Gas Holdings Corporation, First Gas Power Corporation, FGP Corp., First NatGas Power Corporation, First Gas Pipeline Corporation, and FG Land Corporation.

Mr. Emmanuel C. Portugal has been the Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Transformation Office of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chief Digital Transformation Officer of EDC since 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Portugal was the Country Manager of VMware Philippines. Previously, he also worked for IBM, DFNN, Intel, and VMware.
