Mr. Kelcy L. Warren has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Warren also served as the Chief Executive Officer of PennTex Midstream Partners and LP’s general partner. Prior to that, he worked as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the Board of the general partner of ETO from 2004. Mr. Warren co-founded Energy Transfer in 1996.

Mr. Marshall S. McCrea III has been the Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Additionally, he also serves as Chief Commercial Officer. He was selected as a Director of Energy Transfer LP. Mr. McCrea was the Group's Chief Operating Officer and also the Chief Commercial Officer for the Energy Transfer group. Prior to that, he worked as President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Operating, L.P., and as President for Midstream. Mr. McCrea has been the Senior Vice President for Commercial Development since 2004. He also held the position of President of La Grange Acquisition LP, Energy Transfer’s primary operating subsidiary, in 2005. Since 1997, he has been the Senior Vice President for Business Development and Producer Services.

Mr. Thomas E. Long has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer since 2021. Prior to this, from he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Energy Transfer’s general partner. Mr. Long has been the Director since 2019. Mr. Long has been the Director of Sunoco LP; and since 2018, he served as Chairman of the Board of USAC as well. he served as the Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of PennTex Midstream Partners, LP. Until the merger of ETO into the company in 2021, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he worked as Executive Vice President and also as the Chief Financial Officer of Regency GP LLC. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Matrix Service Company. Prior to this, since the formation of DCP Midstream Partners, LP in 2005, Mr. Long served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He served in various executive positions in the subsidiaries of Duke Energy Corp. Mr. Long currently serves as member of the Board of Directors of Sunoco LP.

Mr. Dylan A. Bramhall has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served in various management positions in the finance, risk, commercial, and operations groups at Regency Energy Partners. Currently, Bramhall also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco LP.

Mr. James M. Wright, Jr has been the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer for the company. Mr. Wright has also served as General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel for the company and has served with Enterprise Products Partners, LP, El Paso Corp, Sonat Exploration Co; and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.
