Mr. James B Lally has been the Chief Executive Officer and President and DIrector of the company since 2017. He joined the company in 2003 as the Vice President. Mr. Lally served as the Senior Vice President in 2006 and President at the bank’s Clayton unit in 2008. In 2011, he was appointed as the President of the St. Louis region and three years later assumed responsibility for commercial banking for the entire bank.

Mr. Keene S. Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2013. Previously, he served at National Penn Bancshares (National Penn) in Pennsylvania as the Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to that, Mr. Turner served as a Vice President at the investment banking firm, Griffin Financial Group.

Mr. Nicole M. Iannacone has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. He served as Chief Risk Officer, Assistant Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of the company 2018. Previously, he served as the Corporate Secretary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp in 2018. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Enterprise Bank & Trust from 2015 to 2018 and Vice President and General Counsel of Enterprise Bank & Trust from 2014 to 2015.

Mr. Douglas N. Bauche has been the Chief Credit Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the President of the St. Louis Region of Enterprise Bank & Trust from 2014 to 2016 and from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, he was the President of the St. Charles Region of Enterprise Bank & Trust from 2000 to 2014.
