Ms. Randa Duncan Williams has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Holdings GP from May 2007 to November 2010. Ms. Williams also served as Group Co-Chairman; as the General Partner of Enterprise GP Holdings LP; and the Director of Encore Bancshares from July 2007 until July 2012.

Mr. W. Randall Fowler has been the Director, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC since 2020. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer and President of Enterprise GP; Chief Administrative Officer from April 2015 to January 2016; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise GP from November 2010 to March 2015; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EPGP from August 2007 to November 2010. Mr. Fowler served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DEP GP and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DEP GP from August 2007 to April 2010.

Mr. A. James Teague has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2020; Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2015; and Executive Vice President of Enterprise GP from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Teague also served as the Executive Vice President and Director from 1999 to 2010; Chief Commercial Officer from 2008 until 2010 Enterprise GP; and Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of DEP GP from 2008 to 2011.

Mr. R. Daniel Boss has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Accounting, Risk Control and Information Technology from January 2020 to February 2024; Senior Vice President-Accounting and Risk Control from August 2016 to January 2020 and Senior Vice President, Regulated Business from March 2015 to August 2016 at the company. Mr. Boss also served as the Vice President of Risk Control from April 2013 to March 2015 and Senior Director of Risk Control from January 2010 to March 2013 at the company.

Graham W. Bacon has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Engineering of Enterprise GP from October 2015 to August 2019. Mr. Bacon also served as Group Senior Vice President (Operations and Environmental, Health, Safety & Training) from February 2014 to October 2015; as Senior Vice President of operations from January 2012 to February 2014; as Vice President of operations from June 2006 to January 2012, and as Vice President of Engineering from September 2005 to May 2006.
