Mr. Erich Clementi has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President Global Integrated Accounts and Chairman IBM Europe at IBM. Prior to that, Mr. Clementi served as IBM Senior Vice President Global Markets and Chairman IBM Europe at IBM from 2015 to 2017.

Mr. Leonhard Birnbaum has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as member of the Board of Management of E.ON SE from 2013. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Management of Innogy SE from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Birnbaum was responsible for the Innogy integration project from 2018 to 2021. He served as Chief Strategy Officer and as RWE Group’s Chief Commercial Officer until 2013. Mr. Birnbaum joined RWE AG in 2008 and was appointed to the Board of Management.

Ms. Nadia Jakobi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2024. Previously, she was also the Chairwoman of the Executive Board of E.ON Energy Markets GmbH. Prior to this, she also held ther position of Managing Director of E.ON Energy Markets GmbH. She was also the Senior Vice President of Business Controlling at the company. Ms. Jakobi also served as the Commercial Director of Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH . Before this, she also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Uniper Global Commodities SE. She was also the Executive Vice President Business Controlling at Uniper. Ms. Jakobi also served as the Head of Business Controlling Power & Merchant Trading of the company. Preceding this, she was also the Head of Financial Controlling of E.ON Global Commodities SE.

Mr. Marc Spieker has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2017 to 2024. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Renewables division at Uniper. Mr. Spieker was the Project Head of strategy project One2two at Uniper. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of E.ON Espana. Before this, he was also the Head of Department for Controlling and Reporting at the company.

Mr. Thomas Konig has been the Chief Operating Officer - Networks of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Labor Director of E.ON Ruhrgas AG. Mr. Konig also held the position of Chairman of E.ON Avacon AG and served as the Chief Financial officer E.ON Avacon AG. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Energienetze Deutschland.
