Mr. Arkadiy Dobkin has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and President of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he held technical and leadership positions at Prudential Insurance, Colgate-Palmolive and SAP Labs. Previously, he served as a software engineer for a large public sector enterprise and after.

Mr. Jason Peterson has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance, M&A, and Due Diligence at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2008 to 2017. Mr. Peterson also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Emerging Business Accelerator. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for E&C Medical Intelligence and also served in various accounting and finance roles at ATI Technologies, Philips Semiconductors, and Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Larry Solomon has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Managing Director and North America Operating Officer at Accenture from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Solomon served as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Human Resources at Accenture from 2011 to 2013.

Mr. Philip Storm has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served 15 years at Accenture.

Ms. Elaina Shekhter has been the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Global Head of Business Development and prior to that, the Global Head of our Travel and Consumer Business Unit. Prior to this, she held various business development roles including Head of Retail and Entertainment in 24K. Previously, she served as a Manager with Ernst and Young Consulting. Ms. Shekhter serves as an advisory board member for the MACH Alliance.
