Ms. Janice G. Rennie has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as member of EPCOR’s Board of Directors. She also serves on the Boards of Greystone Capital Management Inc., Major Drilling International Inc., Methanex Corporation, West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and WestJet Airlines. Her business background includes executive positions in large organizations and overseeing her own investment firm. This included the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at EPCOR during a time of transition. Ms. Rennie also held key executive positions with Princeton Developments.

Mr. John Elford has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, since May 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President in the company for Corporate Services, EPCOR Water Canada and Commercial Services division. He also served as Division Vice President of Operations for the Electricity Services division. Mr. John Elford joined the company in 2004.

Mr. Tony Scozzafava has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Taxation and Treasury for Capital Power Corporation. Prior to this, he worked for eight years at EPCOR after time worked at both Enbridge and KPMG.
