Ms. Eva van Pelt has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Director of Eppendorf since 2019. Prior to this, she was the Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Leica Microsystems; Business Unit Manager, Healthcare & Life Sciences EMEA at Hitachi Data Systems; Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences at Accenture and Managing Director, Siemens Medical. Prior to that, Ms. Van Pelt served as the Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Service of Siemens Mobile; as a Senior Consultant and the Internal Program Director of Siemens Business services; and as a Consultant of Mannesmann Pilotentwicklung. She also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of OIZ.

Mr. Axel Jaeger has been the Chief Financial Officer of Eppendorf since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of WashTec AG from 2018 to 2020; and Chief Financial Officer of Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH from 2012 to 2018. Before this, he served as the Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer from 2010 – 2012. He also served as Managing Director in Carl Zeiss Financial Services GmbH and Carl Zeiss AG. Prior to this, He served as Director Accounting & Reporting/ Risk management and Authorized Officer in Carl Zeiss SMT AG. He also served as Senior Manager and Authorized Officer in Ernst & Young AG and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Wilhelm Pluster has the Chief Technology Officer of Eppendorf since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Eppendorf Instrumente GmbH; the Managing Director of Eppendorf Array Technologies; and the Managing Director of Eppendorf Manufacturing Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Pluster also served as Director, Product Development at Eppendorf 5Prime Inc; and as Head of Department at Eppendorf Instrumente GmbH.

Mr. Peter Fruhstorfer has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Business Officer of Eppendorf since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Business Area Sample Handling of the company from 2018 to 2019. He also served as the General Manager Life Sciences at Thermo Fisher Scientific and FEI Company from 2017 to 2018 and 2012 to 2017 respectively. Before this, he served as Chairman and Member of the Board in Singapore. Prior to this, he served Managing Director in Carl Zeiss NTS GmbH and President in Carl Zeiss SMT. Before this, he was Director in Global Sales and Area Manager Sales, Service, Applications in Rontec GmbH.
