Mr. Toby Z. Rice has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Partner at Rice Investment Group in May 2018. Mr. Rice also served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Rice Energy from October 2013 to November 2017. Mr. Rice served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Rice Energy Inc from 2013 to 2017. Previously, he served a variety of roles at Rice Energy and its affiliates from 2007 to 2013, which includes President and Chief Executive Officer of a predecessor entity.

Mr. Jeremy T. Knop has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of the company. He was also the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at the company. Prior to that, Mr. Knop served as a Principal at The Blackstone Group from 2019 to 2021. Preceding this, he held the position of Vice President of The Blackstone Group from 2017 to 2018.

Mr. Todd M. James has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since November 2019. Prior to this, he was the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of L.B. Foster Company from 2018 to 2019. Mr. James also served as the Senior Director, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Rice Energy from December 2014 to 2018; and as Senior Manager of Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers August 2005 to November 2014.

Mr. Tony Duran has been the Chief Information Officer since July 2019. Previously, he ran PH6 Labs, a technology incubator from 2017 to 2019.Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer at Rice Energy from 2016 to 2017. Preceding this, he served as Interim Chief Information Officer of Express Energy Services from September 2015 to December 2015. Mr. Duran also served as the Assistant Chief Information Officer at National Oilwell Varco from 2002 to 2015.

Ms. Lesley Evancho has been the Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2019. Prior to this, she was the Vice President, Global Talent Management and Corporate Human Resources at Westinghouse Electric Company from April 2019 to July 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Lesley also served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc from 2018 to 2019; Vice President of Human Resources at Edward Marc Brands from March 2018 to August 2018; Vice President of Human Resources at Rice Energy from April 2017 to November 2017; Director of Talent Management at MSA Safety from 2011 to April 2017.
