Mr. Mark W. Begor has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2018. Previously, he served as the Managing Director in the Industrial and Business Services group at Warburg Pincus. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital Real Estate from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital Retail Finance, President and Chief Executive Officer at GE’s energy management business from 2002 to 2014. Earlier, Mr. Begor served as the Senior Vice President and member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council and the Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media.

Mr. John W. Gamble Jr. has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Operation Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2014 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Lexmark International, Inc. from 2005 to 2014.

Ms. Carla J. Chaney has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President of human resources and communications of Graphic Packaging Holding Company and Graphic Packaging International. Earlier, Ms. Chaney served various leadership positions with Exide Technologies, Newell Rubbermaid and Georgia-Pacific Corporation.

Mr. Jamil Farshchi has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2018. Currently, he also serves as a Director of UKG Inc. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of the company from 2018 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Time Warner Inc from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Information Security at Visa Inc from 2011 to 2014. Earlier, he held senior roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sitel Corporation, Nextwave Broadband and NASA.

Ms. Julia A. Houston has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Transformation Officer of the company in October 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of US Legal from 2013 to 2017. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Convergys Corporation from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Mirant Corp.
