Mr. Edoardo Garrone is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he was the Director of Sistemi Formativi di Confindustria from 2021 to 2025. He was also the Chairman of San Quirico SpA from 2019 to 2025. Mr. Garrone has also served as the Chairman and Director of Il Sole 24 Ore SpA from 2018 to 2025. Previously, he was also the Member of the General Council of FIEG from 2018 to 2023. He also served as the Director of Istituto Giannina Gaslini from 2015 to 2020. Mr. Garrone has also been the Member and Chairman of the Technical Group for the associative Internationalization at Confindustria from 2016 to 2020. He was also the Diretcor of Invitalia Ventures SGR from 2017 to 2020. he also served as a Member at Il Sole 24 Ore from 2016 to 2018; Confindustria Presidency for the Internalization of the Association System from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he also served as Chairman of U.C. Sampdoria S.p.A. from 2013 to 2014 and Confindustria from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Aedificatio SpA and Board of Director of Sipi SpA from 2008 to 2013. Earlier, he served as Deputy Chairman of ERG SpA from 1990 to 2003; manager from 1989 to 1991 in Strategic Planning Division after he joined the company in 1988. Prior to this, he worked at Marsud SpA from 1986 to 1987.

Mr. Paolo Luigi Merli is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of TotalErg S.p.A. from 2015 to 2018. He served as a Financial Analyst responsible for the European Energy sector at Intermonte. Previously, he served as the Chairman of ERG Services SpA from 2014 to 2017.

Mr. Michele Pedemonte has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2021. He is responsible for Administration, Planning, Control & Reporting, Finance & Group Risk Management and Procurement of the company. Prior to this, he worked investment banking roles at Andersen Corporate Finance, Meliorbanca and Centrobanca. Mr. Pedemonte is the Director of ERG Power Generation Spa.

Mr. Renato Sturani has been the Chief Operating Officer at the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Head of Business Division Renewables & Efficiency at BKW AG (Switzerland) from 2013 to 2020. He has an extensive experience of over 25 years in Operations division of International Electricity companies. Previously, he also worked as Head of Business Unit in ALPIQ AG from 2002 to 2013 and as Site Manager from 1993 to 2002.

Mr. Costantino Deperu is the Business Development, Engineering & Construction Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a Project Manager and Site Manager at Duro Felguera SA, Gijon, Spain. Prior to this, he served as a Project Manager and Technical Advisor for EPC Companies. He held several roles like Head in Construction, and Engineering divisions at ERG Group.
