Mr. Jonathan Hirt Hagen has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2013. He is also the Vice Chairman of Custom Group Industries since 1999 and Private Investor since 1990.

Mr. Timothy G. NeCastro has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2016. He has been part of company since 1996. Earlier, he served in various roles within the company including Senior Vice President and Regional Officer in 2010, Senior Vice President of Product and Policy Services Division in 2008, and Senior Vice President of Controller Division in 1997. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance at Plastek Group.

Ms. Julie Pelkowski has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Co-lead for ERIE's Destination 2025 corporate strategy program. She began her financial career with Deloitte & Touche in 1991.

Mr. Partha Srinivasa has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Data and Insurance Information Officer at Verisk Analytics. Prior to joining Verisk Analytics, he held various technology leadership roles at Zurich Financial Services, Farmers Insurance, Tokio Marine HCC and Safe Auto.

Mr. Thomas B. Hagen has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. He also serves as the Chairman of Custom Group Industries, Erie, PA, machining and fabrication manufacturing companies since 1997. Mr. Hagen has also been the General Partner of Hagen Family Limited Partnership since 1989. Previously, he served as the President of the company from 1982 to 1990, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1990 to 1993.
