Mr. Victor L. Richey has been the Chairman of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ESCO. Prior to the company’s spin-off from Emerson Electric, Mr. Richey held various positions with the company. Prior to this spent six years as military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Bryan H. Sayler has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of ESCO's Utility Solutions Group from 2016 to 2023. Previously, he served in various senior positions at ETS-Lindgren, ESCO's RF Shield and Test business from 1995 to 2016.

Mr. L. Tucker has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions.

Mr. David M. Schatz has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he worked at ESCO since 1998 in various positions with increasing responsibility, including serving as Vice President, IP Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2015 to April 2021.

Mr. May Scally has been the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Schaffer Limited since 2017. Prior to this, he held the same position in Morgan Schaffer and retained his position after Esco acquired the company in 2017. Previously, he served in Labplas Inc as a general manager for 9 years. He started his professional career in 1999 as a Vice president for E-Business at Bell.
