Mr. Nikhil Nanda has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Business Development of Escorts Yamaha Motor Ltd (EYML) in 1998. He serves as a Member of CII’s National Council, the Indo American Chambers of Commerce, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and Young President’s Organization. He has an experience of more than 15 years in the areas of operations, finance and senior management functions such as strategic planning and investment decisions.

Mr. Bharat Madan serves as the Chief Financial Officer and director at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Associate Vice President of Finance at Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd. He has 27 years of experience in Financial Management and was responsible in looking after the areas of financial accounting, audit, cash and capital management, tax planning and optimization, financial modeling and analysis.
