Mr. Josh Silverman has been the Chairman of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Director, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as President of the company from 2017 to 2024. He also served as the Senior Operating Advisor at Hellman & Friedman in 2017 and President of of Consumer Products and Services at American Express from 2011 to 2015; . Previously, Mr. Silverman also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Skype and , shopping.com, several executive positions at eBay.

Ms. Kruti Patel Goyal has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the President and Chief Growth Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Product Officer of Etsy from 2019 to 2022. Ms. Goyal also worked at Etsy for over 10 years, serving in leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Product and General Manager of Seller Services. Currently, she has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Depop since 2022.

Mr. Lanny Baker has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Eventbrite from 2019 to 2024. Mr. Colin Stretch has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Counsel at Latham & Watkins from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Stretch also served as a General Counsel of Meta Platforms, Inc. from 2013 to 2019.
