Mr. Fokion Karaviasn has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the group since June 2014. Previously, Mr. Karavias served as Senior General Manager and Head of Group Corporate and Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Wealth Management from July 2014 till January 2015. Prior to this, he was General Manager and member of the Group Executive Committee from 2005 -2013 and Deputy General Manager and Treasurer in the period 2002-2005 at Eurobank.

Mr. Stavros E. Ioannou has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and International Activities and Director at the group since 2015. He served as the Head at Barclays Bank PLC with responsibility in the areas of Retail, Private Banking & Operations. In 2003, Mr. Ioannou was elected Member of the Board of Directors of Millennium Bank, responsible for Retail, Private Banking and Business Banking. In 2005, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Eurobank A.D. Belgrade, which he was heading for three years, until 2008. Since 2012, Mr. Ioannou was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of SC Bancpost S.A., Romania and in 2013, he was assigned with the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulgaria AD. Mr. Ioannou is currently a Member of the Institute of Bankers, the UK, of the Hellenic Chamber of Economy, Greece and President of the Environmental Committee of Eurobank.

Mr. Andreas Athanasopoulos has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Director and Chief Transformation Officer of Digital & Retail of the group since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Praktiker Hellas SA since June 2021. Previously, he served as the Group Chief Customer Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Financial Services at DixonsCarphone, UK from 2018 to 2020. He served as Vice president and Chief Executive Officer of DixonsCarphone, Greece from 2013 to 2018. He also served as General Manager at the National Bank of Greece from 2008 to 2013. He worked with Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. Earlier, he served as Professor at Athens Graduate School of Business from 1997 to 2001.

Mr. Harris Kokologiannis has been the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Group Finance of the group since 2013. He also serves as Chartered Accountant at Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager and Head of Eurobank Group Finance and Control Sector of the group from 2008 to 2013. Previously, he served as Group Chief Financial officer of Lafarge – Heracles General Cement Corporation from 2005 to 2007. He also served as Director of Finance and Control of L’Oréal Hellas from 2002 to 2005. Earlier, he served as Chartered Accountant at Deloitte & Touche from 1991 to 1995.

Mr. Christos Adam is the Chief Risk Officer and General Manager of Group Risk Management of the group. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager. Previously, he served as the Head of Group Credit Control Sector, Senior Account Officer and Senior Manager of Corporate Division.
