Mr. Fokion Karaviasn has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the group since June 2014. Previously, Mr. Karavias served as Senior General Manager and Head of Group Corporate and Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Wealth Management from July 2014 till January 2015. Earlier, he was General Manager and member of the Group Executive Committee from 2005 -2013 and Deputy General Manager and Treasurer in the period 2002-2005 at Eurobank.

Mr. Stavros E. Ioannou has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Group Chief Operating Officer and International Activities and Director of the group since 2015. He served as the Head at Barclays Bank PLC with responsibility in the areas of Retail, Private Banking & Operations. In 2003, Mr. Ioannou was elected Member of the Board of Directors of Millennium Bank, responsible for Retail, Private Banking and Business Banking. In 2005, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Eurobank A.D. Belgrade, which he was heading for three years, until 2008. Since 2012, Mr. Ioannou was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of SC Bancpost S.A., Romania and in 2013, he was assigned with the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulgaria AD.

Mr. Harris Kokologiannis has been the Group Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Group Finance of the group since 2013. He also serves as Chartered Accountant at Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager and Head of Eurobank Group Finance and Control Sector of the group from 2008 to 2013. Previously, he served as Group Chief Financial officer of Lafarge – Heracles General Cement Corporation from 2005 to 2007. He also served as Director of Finance and Control of L’Oreal Hellas from 2002 to 2005. Earlier, he served as Chartered Accountant at Deloitte & Touche from 1991 to 1995.

Ms. Natassa Paschali has been the Gorup Chief Human Resources Officer and General Manager of Group Human Resources General Division of the group since 2022. Previously, she served as the Head of People Engagement, the Head of HR, Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg SA, and the Head of HR Line Management of Wholesale Banking.

Mr. Ioannis Serafeimidis is the General Manager of Retail Banking Strategy & Growth, and Chief Retail Growth Officer of the group. He also serves as a Director of Eurolife FFH Insurance Group Holdings SA, Eurolife FFH Life Insurance SA, and Eurolife FFH General Insurance SA.
