Mr. Liu Qiuming has been the President and Director of the company since March 2020. Previously, he worked with Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd and served as the Head of Institutional Customer Business. He served as Managing Director at UBS Securities Co., Limited. Formerly, he also worked with Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd, Ping An Securities Co., Ltd., and CMIG Capital Company Limited.

Mr. Fang Ye has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served as IT Manager at China of OSRAM (Foshan) Lighting Co., Ltd and China of Donnelly (Shenzhen) Printing Co., Ltd. He also served as Director at Donnelly (China) Investment Co., Ltd and IT Director at Sinolink Securities Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zhu Qin has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since February 2020, and is its Chief Risk Officer since December 2019, Vice President since December 2019, and Secretary since February 2017.
