Mr. John S. Weinberg has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this he served as a Co Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Chairman of Evercore. He was Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs Group from 2006 to 2015 and Co-Head of Global Investment Banking from 2002 until 2015. Mr. Weinberg joined Goldman Sachs in 1983 as an Associate and was promoted to Partner in 1992.

Mr. Roger C. Altman has been the Senior Chairman of the company since 2006. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company until May 2009. From May 2009 to November 2016, he served as the company’s Executive Chairman. Prior to this, he served at Lehman Brothers as the Co-Head of Investment Banking. Earlier, he served at The Blackstone Group as the Vice Chairman, Head of Merger and Acquisition Advisory Business.

Mr. Tim LaLonde has been the Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this he served as a Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking and Co-Head of the US Advisory Business for Evercore and Director at UBS and a Vice President at Dillon Reed.
