Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Forethought Financial, Director at QBE Insurance Group Limited and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at AXA Financial, Inc.

Mr. Jim Williamson has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Reinsurance Division, and Insurance Division of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Williamson served as Division President of Small Business at Chubb. Previously, he also worked with The Hartford and Bain & Co.

Ms. Dawn Lauer serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, she served as a President and Chief Executive Officer of a boutique PR consulting firm. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Client Officer for MWW.

Mr. Chris Downey is the Group Chief Underwriting Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Casualty and Specialty Treaty Reinsurance at Montpelier Reinsurance Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Specialty & Casualty Reinsurance for Alterra Bermuda Limited, as an actuarial consultant with Tillinghast, as well as an estimating engineer of Thalle Construction.

Mr. Srini Maddineni has been the Group Chief Information Officer of the company since January 2023. He also serves as a Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Commercial North America at Chubb. He also held senior technology, applications, and client experience roles at S&P Global, Bank of New York Mellon, and State Street Corporation.
