Mr. David A Campbell has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Evergy, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vistra Energy Corp from 2019 to 2020. Before that he worked at InfraREIT, Inc, Hunt Utility Services, Sharyland Utilities and Bluescape Resources in various managerial positions.

Mr. Kirkland B. Andrews has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NRG Energy, Inc from 2011 to 2021. Before that, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Clearway Energy, Inc from 2012 to 2016. He also worked as Managing Director and Co-Head Investment Banking, Power and Utilities of Americas at Deutsche Bank Securities from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Kevin E. Bryant has been the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Evergy, Inc since 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy and Chief Financial Officer of Great Plains Energy, Evergy Metro and Evergy Missouri West from 2015 till 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Strategic Planning, Investor Relations and Treasurer of Great Plains Energy.

Mr. Steven P. Busser has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Evergy, Inc. since February 2022. Previously, he served as Vice President of Risk Management and Controller of Evergy, Inc from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Business Planning and Controller of Great Plains Energy, Evergy Metro and Evergy Missouri West (2014-2016). He also served as Vice President of Treasurer of El Paso Electric Company (2011-2014). Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Treasurer and Chief Risk Officer (2006-2011) and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Treasurer (2004-2006) of El Paso Electric Company.

Mr. Gregory A. Greenwood has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Evergy, Inc. since August 2021. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Chief Administrative Officer of Evergy, Inc from 2018 to 2021. Before that he also served Evergy Kansas Central as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Vice President, Major Construction Projects, Treasurer, Executive/Senior Director, Corporate Finance, Director, Financial Strategy and Acting Director, Internal Audit and many other leadership roles after joining the organization in 1993.
