Mr. Beat In- Albon has been the Vice Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors since April 2020. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Specialty Ingredients at Lonza Group. Presently, he serves as the non-executive Board Member of Deccan Fine Chemicals (India) Private Limited. Presently, he is also Chairman of the Board of Esciencia Switzerland AG.

Mr. Christian Wichert has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Johnson Matthey globally responsible for sales, product management, marketing, technology and the APAC region. Previously, he served the various senior leadership positions at Lonza. Prior to this, he worked for Nobel Biocare, Cognis and Gemini Consulting in commercial leadership positions.

Mr. Carsten Daweritz has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he held varied leading positions at Lonza. Most recently, he was Global Head Controlling of the Consumer Health and Nutrition Business at Lonza.

Mr. Gerhard Lobmaier has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Global Operations Animal Nutrition and Human Nutrition at BASF. Previously, he served the various leadership roles in Cognis.

Ms. Anne De Vos has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Flavors and Fragrances at the Swiss biotech company since October 2021. Previously, she served the commercial activities of Flavor and Fragrances. Earlier, she served as Global Account Director for Nestle at Symrise.
