Mr. Gary A. Cappeline is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Operating Partner of AEA Investors LP from 2007 to 2018. Previously, he worked as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ashland Inc; President for Chemicals of Honeywell Inc. from 1998 to 2000; and Chemical Industry Partner at Bear Stearns Merchant Bank from 2000 to 2001. Currently, Mr. Cappeline serves as a Director of Barnet, Swanson Industries, Inc., and Verdesian Life Sciences, LLC.

Mr. Ronald C. Keating has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Contech Engineered Solutions from 2007 to 2014. He served in Kennametal Inc as a President of the Metalworking Solutions and Services Group and a Vice President and General Manager of the Energy, Mining and Construction Group from 2001 to 2007. Previously, he served in various roles at Ingersoll-Rand Inc from 1992 to 2001. Mr. Keating also serves as a Director at US Ecology Inc.

Mr. Benedict J. Stas has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since March 2015. Prior to this, he held various senior Financial and Business roles in Kennametal Inc including Vice President of Manufacturing for the Industrial Segment from 2014 to 2015, Vice President of Finance Business Groups from 2010 to 2013, Chief Financial Officer of the Industrial Business Group, Chief Financial Officer of Kennametal Europe GmbH, Director of Global Manufacturing Finance, Controller of Metalworking Americas, and Senior Financial Analyst for Global Financial Sales and Marketing from 1997 to 1999. Previously, Mr. Stas served as Plant Controller, Accountant and Team Leader at DuPont Co from 1991 to 1997.

Mr. James Kohosek has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of Kennametal Inc. from 2014 to 2015, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Industrial Technologies Sector at Ingersoll Rand plc from 2002 to 2007, and President of Westinghouse Communications from 1998 to 2001.

Mr. Snehal A. Desai has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Global Business Director at Dow Water & Process Solutions and he also led commercial and business development at Segetis. Mr. Snehal served as the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of NatureWorks LLC. He also serves as the Interim President of the Applied Product Technologies Segment since December 2018.
