Mr. Kevin T. Conroy has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel at Third Wave Technologies, Inc. Prior to Third Wave, Mr. Conroy served as Intellectual Property Counsel at GE Healthcare. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of venture-backed technology companies in Northern California; and Intellectual Property Litigator at two Chicago law firms

Mr. Jeffrey T. Elliott has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Business Development and Strategy of the company from June 2016 to November 2016. Mr. Elliott also served as the Senior Research Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. and as the Senior Business Analyst at Walgreens. Previously, Mr. Elliott served as the Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Mr. Gary Frings has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the President at Performance G2, Inc.; Executive Vice President, Eclipse Networks, Inc; and President of Systems Solutions Group, Inc.

Mr. Scott Coward has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer since 2022. He also served as the and Secretary since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since July 2018. Previously, he served at K&L Gates LLP as the managing partner of Raleigh, NC office. Mr. Coward also served at Rhino Corporation as the General Counsel. Prior to this, he served at GE Medical Systems as an Associate General Counsel. Earlier, he served at Smith Anderson Blount Dorsett Mitchell & Jernigan LLP.

Dr. Graham P. Lidgard has been the Chief Science Officer of the company since 2009. Previously, he also served as the Senior Vice President of the company between 2009 and 2018. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Senior Vice President, Research and Development of Nanogen, Inc. Prior to Nanogen, Mr. Lidgard served as the Vice President of Research and Development of Gen-Probe Inc. He is also the co-founder of Matritech Inc, where he served as the Vice President of Product Development. Mr. Lidgard also held several senior positions at Ciba Corning Diagnostics Corp.
