Mr. John F. Young serves as the the Chairman of Exelon since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Energy Future Holdings Corp, since 2008 to 2016. Prior to this, he served at various senior management roles in Exelon, since 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Butler has been the Chief Executive Officer and President and Director of the company since December 2022. Prior to this he served as a the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Gridwise Alliance, an advocacy organization. Currently, he serves as the Board of Directors for RLI Corp as a member of its audit and nominations/governance committees.

Ms. Jeanne Jones served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2022. Previously, she served as senior vice president of Corporate Finance of the company. Previously, Ms. Jones served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ComEd from 2018 to 2021. Prior to joining in ComEd she served as vice president of finance for Exelon Nuclear. During the same time she also served as Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC. Prior to that she served as director of finance for Exelon Nuclear.

Mr. Michael Innocenzo has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2024. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of PECO. Mr. Innocenzo also served as PECO's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Gayle E. Littleton has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company. Prior to that she served as Co-Chair of the Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice at Jenner & Block LLP of the company since 2020. Prior to that she has served in Chambers USA-ranked in white-collar investigations. Before that she served as a member in management committee of Jenner. Prior to that she also served as co-chair to the firm's Women's Forum Steering Committee.
