Mr. Rohit Kapoor has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2012 and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at the company from 2000 to 2008. Previously, he served as the Business Head of Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2000. He also served in various capacities at Bank of America in the US and Asia, including India from 1991 to 2000. Mr. Kapoor serves on the Boards of CA Technologies.

Mr. Maurizio Nicolelli has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Casa Systems. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President, Principal and Chief Financial Officer at FactSet Research Systems.

Mr. Baljinder Singh has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation of the company since 2024. Previously, he served in various leadership roles of Business, Technology, Transformation, Digital and Product Development.

Ms. Pamela Harrison has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources of Genworth Financial. Previously, she served in a leadership roles at Latham & Watkins LLC.

Mr. Vishal Chhibbar has been the Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of International Growth Markets of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at the company from 2024 to 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of Brillio, ExlService Holdings Inc, and EPIQ. He also served leadership roles at GE Capital, American Express Bank, and Xerox Holding Corp.
