Ms. Mylle H. Mangum has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IBT Holdings since 2003. Mr. Stewart Glendinning has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and President of Tyson Foods.

Mr. Jason Judd has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Finance & Treasurer since October 2019 to March 2022. Previously, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Justice at Retail Group from 2015 to 2019 and held leadership roles at L Brands from 2004 to 2015.

Ms. Sara Tervo has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Justice from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership positions with L Brands, Inc. from 1998 to 2016. He also served as Executive Vice President, Marketing for Victoria’s Secret and Senior Vice President, Marketing for PINK.

Ms. Laurel Krueger has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since September 2021. Prior to this, she was previously Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Kontoor Brands, Inc.
