Dr. Severin Schwan has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Preceding this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company . Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Roche Diagnostics. Dr. Schwan has also served as the Head of Asia Pacific, Roche Diagnostics Singapore from 2004-2006.

Mr Matt Sause has been the Chief Executive Officer of Roche Diagnostics since 2023. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Roche Diagnostics North America and Indianapolis, USA. He also served as a Senior Vice-President, Head of Global Commercial Product Strategy and Gilead Sciences in Foster City, USA. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Lifecycle Leader Tecentriq Lung and Head and Neck Cancers in Genentech. He also served as President and General Manager Roche Pharmaceuticals in Korea and Peru. Prior to this, he served as a Country Manager and Director of the company in Ireland.

Dr. Thomas Schinecker has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Preceding this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Roche Diagnostics. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head of Roche Diagnostics Centralized and Point of Care Solutions. Before this, he was General Manager of Roche Diagnostics Germany, Mannheim, and Roche Holding Germany. He also served as General Manager of Roche Diagnostics, Sweden. Prior to this, he served as Head of Marketing and Sales, Roche Diagnostics Austria from 2005 to 2008.

Cristina A. Wilbur has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice-President and the Global Head of Human Resources of Roche Diagnostics since 2016. Ms. Wilbur also served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Communications in North America Region since 2006. Before this, he also served as Human Resources Director in PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, EG&G and Roche Diagnostics Corporation. Prior to this, he served as Human Resources and Payroll Manager in EG&G at California, US since 1992.

Mr. Levi Garraway has been the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Global Product Development of the company since 2019. Prior to this he served a Senior Vice-President, Oncology R&D and Novel Target Research, Eli Lilly and company. He also served as Co-Founder and Consultant in Foundation Medicine and Associate Professor of Medicine, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
