Mr. Risto Siilasmaa has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1988 to 2006. He also served as the Vice Chairman from 2017 to 2018 and as a Member of the Board from 2013 to 2016 at Finnish Industries. Earlier, he served as the Chairman from 2012 to 2020; Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2014, and Member of the Board from 2008 to 2012 at Nokia Corp. Previously, he served as the Chairman from 2016 to 2018, and Vice-Chairman from 2013 to 2015 at The Federation of Finnish Technology Industries.

Mr. Tom Jansson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as a member of the board at Nightingale Health Corp. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Posti Group Corp from 2018 to 2021 and Chief Financial Officer at Comptel Corp from 2013 to 2017. He also held various leadership and finance positions at Tellabs Inc from 1994 to 2013.

Mr. Tim Orchard has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Solutions of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Managed Detection and Response of the company from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Orchard also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Countercept from 2018 to 2019. Earlier, he served in several leadership positions at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from 2012 to 2018, Technical Director at Activity Info Management Ltd. from 2007 to 2012.

Mr. Ari Vanttinen has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CMOwashere Oy from 2018 to 2020 and Chief Marketing Officer of Comptel Corp from 2014 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Director of Marketing at McAfee Corp in 2014. Mr. Vanttinen also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Stonesoft Corp from 2010 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Senior Executive Consultant at Talent Vectia Oy from 2007 to 2010 and as the Global Marketing Manager of Nokia Corp from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Tiina Sarhimaa has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and General Counsel of the company from 2018 to 2021. She also served as a Director of Legal and Compliance of Nokia Corp from 2017 to 2018. Previously, she worked as the General Counsel, and Head of Legal at Comptel Corp from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, she served as the Legal Counsel of Comptel Corporation from 2004 to 2015 and Hex Corporation from 2002 to 2003.
