Mr. Risto Siilasmaa has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1988 to 2006. He also served as the Vice Chairman from 2017 to 2018 and as a Member of the Board from 2013 to 2016 at Finnish Industries. Earlier, he served as the Chairman from 2012 to 2020; Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2014, and Member of the Board from 2008 to 2012 at Nokia Corp. Previously, he served as the Chairman from 2016 to 2018, and Vice-Chairman from 2013 to 2015 at The Federation of Finnish Technology Industries.

Mr. Antti Koskela has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. He also served as the Chief Product Officer of the company since 2021.

Ms. Christine Bejerasco has been the Chief Information Security Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Tactical Defense Unit of the company from 2019 to 2021. From 2008 to 2019, she served in various technical and leadership roles in the company. Ms. Bejerasco served as the Malware Researcher at PC Tools from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, she held several threat analysis positions at Trend Micro from 2003 to 2006.

Ms. Tiina Sarhimaa has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, she was the Chief Legal Officer of the company from 2021 to January 2026. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and General Counsel of the company from 2018 to 2021. She also served as a Director of Legal and Compliance of Nokia Corp from 2017 to 2018. Previously, she worked as the General Counsel and Head of Legal at Comptel Corp from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, she served as the Legal Counsel of Comptel Corporation from 2004 to 2015 and Hex Corporation from 2002 to 2003.

Ms. Charlotte Guillou has been the Chief Culture and Performance Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she held several human resources positions at OP Financial Group from 2018 to 2021; HR and Finance positions at KONE Corp. Prior to this, she served as the Country Manager North at Scan-Horse A/S from 2017 to 2018. She also held several leadership roles in human resources at Fiskars Group from 2013 to 2017; and at Nokia Corp from 2007 to 2012. Earlier, Ms. Guillou worked as the Management Consultant at Deloitte Finland from 2004 to 2007; HRD Consultant at Psykologitoimisto Cresco from 2000 to 2003.
