Mr. F. Philip Snow has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company in 2014. Mr. Snow held various sales leadership roles before assuming the role of Senior Vice President and Director of US Investment Management Sales in 2013. He began his career at FactSet in 1996 as a Consultant.

Prior to joining MSCI, Ms. Huber served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Moody’s Corporation from May 2005 to June 2018. Earlier in her career, he served in several increasingly senior roles in financial services, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at U.S. Trust Company, a subsidiary of Charles Schwab & Company, Inc.

Ms. Katherine M. Stepp has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Director of Product Management within FactSet’s Research and Advisory workflow solutions business. Ms. Stepp served as a Senior Director of Engineering within FactSet’s Research workflow solutions business.

Ms. Rachel R. Stern has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Global Head of Strategic Resources, and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2018. Ms. Stern joined FactSet in January 2001 as General Counsel. She joined FactSet in January 2001 as General Counsel.

Mr. John Costigan has been the Chief Content Officer and Executive Vice President at FactSet since 2022. He joined the company in September 2007 and prior to this role, Mr. Costigan served as the Vice President, Product Management at Thomson Financial.
