Mr. Olov Mikael Kramer is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he was an Advisor to investors and incumbents in the energy infrastructure sector. Mr. Kramer also served a the Vice President, Director and Head of Group Mergers and Acquisitions at Vattenfall. Currently, he serves as the Director for IIF’s investments at Ventient Energy and Chairman for Adven/Varmevarden.

Mr. Toni Volpe has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Country Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Enel Romania, Enel Group HR Planning and Development in 2011 and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Enel Green Power North America in 2005.

Mr. Paolo Rundeddu is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff of the company. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2009, he worked at AEM SpA, then A2A SpA, as Director of Finance and Administration and Manager Responsible for Financial Reporting. Mr. Rundeddu was also responsible for Purchasing and Logistics at A2A SpA. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Financial Director and Investor Relator of H3G SpA and Group Treasury Director and Insurance Risk Manager at Merloni Elettrodomestici SpA.

Mr. Marco Cittadini is the Chief Downstream Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Director of Strategy and Innovation at Siram SpA and Chief Executive Officer of Simav SpA. Mr. Cittadini also served as the Poyry Energy Srl; held various management roles in Sapient SpA and American Allegheny Technologies Group.

Mr. Claudio Bielli has been the Chief Digital Transformation and ICT Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Head of Technology Transformation and Operation at the company. He also served as the Program manager in DXC.
