Mr. Yuval Wasserman has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company in July 2023. He was also a Director of Ichor Holdings, Ltd; the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Advanced Energy Industries, Inc from 2014 to 2021. Previously, he served as the President of Advanced Energy Industries’ Thin Films Business Unit from 2011 to 2014, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2011. He was also the Executive Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Service of Advanced Energy Industries from 2007 to 2009, and Senior Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Service from 2007 to 2007. Mr. Peter Lau has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Catalyst Nutraceuticals. Mr. Lau also served for Hubbell Incorporated as the President of the Electrical segment from 2020 to 2022, President of the Fire Detection and Control business of Honeywell from 2019 to 2020 and the Chief Executive Officer for International operations at General Electric from 2015 to 2018. He held several senior executive positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of divisions at Hubbell, Honeywell and General Electric.

Mr. Matthew Horwath has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance of the company from 2017 to 2024. Mr. Horwath also served as a Director of Finance & Accounting and Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC reporting at FARO. Previously, he served for Ernst & Young LLP and Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc.

Mr. Jason Pollock serves as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served in several leadership positions at Foxconn. Previously, he also worked in manufacturing operations and supply chain operations at Western Digital and Hewlett Packard.

Mr. Oliver Zweigle serves as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Trubotics.
