Faro Technologies Inc: Executives

Mr. Yuval Wasserman has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he serves as a Director on the board of Ichor Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Wasserman served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. Previously, he served as President of Advanced Energy Industries’ Thin Films Business Unit from August 2011 to October 2014 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2009 to August 2011. He held roles at Advanced Energy Industries of Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Service from October 2007 to April 2009, and Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Service from August 2007 to October 2007. Mr. Wasserman also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tevet Process Controls Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Peter Lau has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Catalyst Nutraceuticals. He held several senior executive positions including President and CEO of divisions at Hubbell, Honeywell and General Electric.

Mr. Matthew Horwath has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 1, 2024. Previously, he was the Vice President of Finance at FARO. Mr. Horwath also served as Director of Finance & Accounting and Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC reporting at FARO.

Mr. Jason Pollock serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the company. He has over 20+ years of experience in hardware technology businesses spanning operations and engineering roles.

Mr. Oliver Zweigle serves as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of the company. He has 20 years of experience in software development, product development and research & innovation management.
