Mr. Jahangir Piracha has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited. Mr. Piracha also served as the Chief Executive Officer of various companies including Engro Vopak Terminal Limited, Engro Elengy Terminal Limited and Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited. He also held various position at ICI Pakistan Limited.

Mr. Syed Atif Ali has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served in various diverse roles at Tetra Pak and ICI Pakistan, and has an experience in Finance, Cost Transformation, Budgeting & Forward Planning, Internal Controls, Administration, Supply Chain Management, Formulating & Implementing strategy and Project Appraisals. Mr. Ali also serves on the Board of Thar Energy Limited, Foundation Wind Energy I & II Limited, Food Security and Agricultural Center of Excellence and Trustee of Sona Welfare Foundation.

Lt General Anwar Ali Hyder has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fauji Foundation. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Fauji Group of Companies. He served as the Federal Minister for Defense and Defense Production of the interim cabinet from 2023 to 2024. He also served as a Chairman of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority. Earlier, served as the Adjutant General and Principal Staff Officer to the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan Army.
