Mr. Oladipupo Jadesimi has been the Chairman of the company since March 2018. He has been the Chairman of Niger Delta Exploration and Production Plc. Prior to this, Mr. Jadesimi served as a Founder and Chairman at LADOL Group. Previously, he served as a General Manager of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at Nigerian Acceptances. Earlier, Mr. Jadesimi served at Coopers and Lybrand Lagos from 1966 to 1970.

Mr. Gbolahan Joshua has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since September 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operations and Information Officer and Executive Director at Fidelity Bank Plc. He holds more than 21 years of banking experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Transformation, Investor Relations, Performance Management, Treasury, Operations, Technology and Digital Banking. He also held various leadership positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Ladi Balogun has been the Group Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive of First City Merchant Bank Limited. Previously, Mr. Balogun served at various positions at Citibank in New York. Earlier, Mr. Balogun served at Morgan Grenfell and Co Ltd.

Mr. Deji Fayose is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Group Head of Subsidiaries Finance and Capital Management at First Bank of Nigeria Limited and its subsidiaries. He served at the Treasury Department of FCMB Plc from 2003 to 2004. He worked for AXA Investment Managers and Cantor Fitzgerald Europe/BGC Partners, London. Later, he returned to Nigeria, here he worked with Stanbic IBTC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and First Bank of Nigeria. He spent more than 18 years of banking experience across Finance and Capital Management, Business Finance, Corporate and Investment Banking, Financial Reporting. Retail Banking, Merger and Acquisition and Treasury.

Ms. Olufunmilayo Adedibu is the Group Executive Compliance Officer, Group General Counsel, and Company Secretary of the company. She is a member of International Bar Association (IBA) and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Life member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), and honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) and Toastmasters International. She started her legal career with the Law firm of Chris Ogunbanjo and Co.
