Others include PCs, K Certificates without subordination, Q Certificates, M Certificates, other mortgage-related guarantees, and other credit risk transfer products such as SCR debt notes. Investing and risk management activities include mortgage loans, agency mortgage-related securities, non-agency mortgage-related securities, CMBS, and swaptions on credit indices. Targets non-bank real estate finance companies and banks. Aims at expanding its market presence and enhancing risk-adjusted returns by harnessing private capital in its risk transfer transactions. Has been looking for opportunities to cost-effectively transfer risk to third parties and mitigate taxpayer exposure. Strives to maintain a strong credit and capital management discipline.
