Mr. Donald C. Wood has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Trustee of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he held various officer positions at the trust including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2001, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2000, and Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Wood served as the Chairman of the Board at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts from 2011 to 2012 and as a Director at Post Properties.

Mr. Daniel Guglielmone has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served at Vornado Realty Trust and Douglas Elliman Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Jeffrey Kreshek has been the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, and President of the Western Region since 2023. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of West Coast Leasing.

Ms. Melissa Solis serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in the assurance and advisory business services group, specializing in real estate.

Mr. Porter Bellew serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior IT Director at CarrAmerica Realty and held senior positions as a consultant with firms KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint and Apgar & Co.
