Mr. J. Christopher Donahue has been the Chairman of the company since 2016, and Chief Executive Officer and President since 1998. He also holds various roles at several subsidiaries of the company and President of 30 investment companies managed by subsidiaries of the company. He has been a part of the company since 1972.

Mr. Gordon J. Ceresino has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2007. He also serves as the President with Federated International Management Limited and Federated International Securities Corp. and Vice Chairman of Federated MDTA LLC. Mr. Ceresino serves as a Director, Trustee, President or Chief Executive Officer of certain other wholly-owned subsidiaries of Federated Hermes focusing on Federated Hermes' non-U.S. operations.

Mr. Germain is the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of 33 investment companies managed by subsidiaries of Federated Hermes.

Mr. Stephen P. Van Meter has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of the company since 2015. Before this, he served as the Compliance Operating Officer from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Van Meter served as Senior Counsel in the Division of Investment Management, Office of Chief Counsel, at the SEC from 2007 to 2011. He also served as Senior Counsel in the SEC's Division of Enforcement from 2003 to 2007.
