Mr. Lucio Genovese has been the chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this he served as chairman of CoTec Holding Corp in 2021. He served as board of Ferrexpo AG and Nevada copper Inc. He also served at various various senior role including Chief Executive Officer and CIS region of Glencore International AG. He also served as board of Ferrexpo plc from 2007 to 2014.

Ms. Yaroslavna Blonska has been the Acting Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. She held several key roles within the Group’s Marketing team, including the Head of Sales for customers in Europe and Turkey, management of the Group’s Asian and European customers, membership of the representative board for the Group’s port loading subsidiary, TIS-Ruda. She joined the company in 2022.

Mr. Greg Nortje has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he held various Human Resource leadership positions at Anglo American and BHP Billiton.

Mr. Viktor Lotous serves as the Chair of FPM Supervisory Board and General Director of FPM at the company. He was the interim Chief Operating Officer with operational oversight of the company’s assets in Ukraine. Mr. Lotous served as the Chief Engineer of FPM.

Mr. Nikolay Kladiev has been a Director of the company since 2023 and the Chief Financial Officer since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ferrexpo Poltava Mining. Mr. Kladiey joined the company in 2005. He held various audit positions at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
