Mr. Peter T. Thomas has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Polymer and Ceramic Engineered Materials and Vice President, Organic Specialties of the company. Previously, Mr. Thomas was Vice President of the Oleochemical-Derivatives business unit for Witco Corporation. He also worked as Vice President of Sales and Global Market Director in Witco. Prior to Witco, he was Executive Vice President for Inland Leidy Chemical Distribution and Business Manager for GAF Corporation.

Mr. Benjamin J. Schlater has been the Chief Financial Officer and Group Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He joined Ferro in September 2015 as Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to this, he served as Treasurer and Head of Corporate Development, Strategic and Financial Planning and Risk Management at Veyance Technologies during 2007. He has approximately 20 years of corporate finance experience.
