Mr. Mustafa Chike-Obi has been the Chairman of the company since July 2020. He is also the Chairman at Alpha African Advisory. He was the inaugural Chief Executive Officer at Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at AMCON for 5 years. He served as Head of Treasury Department at Chase Merchant Bank from 1980 to 1982. He was also Founding President at Madison Advisors. He also served as the Managing Director-Fixed Income at Shoreline Group and held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns and Guggenheim Partners in the United States. He served as the Chairman of the Public Securities Association Trading Practice Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Mrs. Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the bank since January 2021. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Director Lagos and South West, of the bank. Previously, she served at Standard Chartered Bank Plc, Zenith Bank Plc, and Citizens International Bank Limited. Earlier, she served as an Executive Director at Enterprise Bank Plc.

Mr. Stanely Chiedoziem Amuchie has been the Executive director and Chief Operations and Information Officer of the company since February 2022.Priviously, he served as the Chief Technical Consultant at Mint Financial Technologies. Prior to that,Mr. Amuchie served as a non-executive director at Zenith Bank.

Ms. Ruth Turkington has been the Chief Consumer Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank.
