Mr. Goldstein has been the Chairman of the company since December 2022. He also serves as a Senior Advisor at Canapi Ventures. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman. Prior to this, he served the Chief Executive Officer at SpringHarbor Financial Group LLC. He also worked as a Managing Director, and Chief Financial Officer at World Bank.

Ms. Stephanie L. Ferris has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since January 2023. She also served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Executive Vice President of the company in 2021. Previously she served as Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Executive Vice President of the company from August 2019 to September 2020.

Mr. James Kehoe has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2023 at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Global Chief Financial Officer and Director for Takeda Pharmaceutical Company. Previously he served Chief Financial Officer at Kraft Foods Group.

Mr. Rafic Naja serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Previously, he served various leadership roles including heading Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Worldpay, Corporate Portfolio Management and Finance Analytics for Cisco Systems in San Jose, and Strategy and Business Development for Pall Corporation.

Mr. Firdaus Bhathena has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as a General Manager at Noom. He also served as the Chief Digital Officer at CVS Health; and Aetna.
