Mr. Mark K. Binz is the Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Senior partner at Binz & Partner, and Lawyer in Stuttgart.

Mr. Peter also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Satisloh from 2015 to 2020. Previously he served as the Vice President of Operations, Essilor Laboratories of America from 2009 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Peter was the President of Select Optical from 1991 to 2009.

Mr. Bastian Koerber has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he held various positions at the company including as Sales Director and Senior Head of the International Expansion Department. Mr. Koerber also served as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
