Mr. Chih Yu Yang has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2024 and Acting Chairman of the company from 2017 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Communication B.U. in Acer Communications and Multimedia, Inc. Currently, he serves as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Drive Netherlands B.V.; Chairman and Director of Bharat FIH Limited; Chairman of Chiun Mai Communication Systems, Inc. He also serves on Board of Director of Transluck Holding Limited, FIH Co., Ltd. and Evenwell Digitech Inc., iCare Diagnostics International Co. Ltd, and Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd.

Mr. Lin Chia-Yi has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2024. Currently, he is a Chairman and Director of CMCS; and Director of Execustar International Limited. He also serves as the Non-Executive Director at Mobile Drive Netherlands

Mr. Tam Kam Wah Danny is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Manager of Financial Control at the company. Previously, he served as an Accounting Manager for Coates Brothers (HK) Co., Ltd and as a Financial Controller for ITT Industries and Hutchison Harbour Ring Ltd. Currently, he serves a Non-Executive Director of Mobile Drive Netherlands and BFIH.
