Mr. Jouko Karvinen has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and a Director of Valmet Corp from 2016 to 2018. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Stora Enso Oyj from 2007 to 2014; Chief Executive Officer of Medical Division of Royal Philips from 2002 to 2006; and held several positions at ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd. Previously, he served as a Director of Nokia Oyj from 2011 to 2016 and SKF AB from 2010 to 2016.

Mr. Montie Brewer has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Director of Allegiant Travel Company since 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Brewer served as the President, and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada from 2004 to 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President- Commercial of Air Canada 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Brewer held several senior positions at United Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Republic Airlines, Braniff and Trans World Airlines.

Mr. Kristian Pullola has been the Chief Finance Officer of the company since 2022. He served as the Chief Finance Officer at Nokia. He served as a Director at Kemira Plc and Terveystalo Plc. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Antilooppi Management Oy, Eduhouse Oy and FinanceKey Oy.

Mr. Antti Kleemola has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2022. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Outokumpu from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he worked with VR Group, Vapo Group and Posti Group.

Ms. Kaisa Aalto-Luoto has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Human Resources Officer at Sanoma Media and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Outotec.
