Mr. Matthew Dominski has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. He also served as the Director of the CBL & Associates Properties, Inc from 1993 to 2000. Prior to that Mr. Dominski served as the Chief Executive Officer at Urban Shopping Centers since 2000 and the President since 2002. Previously, he also served as joint owner at Polaris Capital, LLC from 2003 to 2013. He also served as the member of board of trustee at International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) from 1998 and 2004.

Mr. Peter E Baccile has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Joint Global Head of the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Group at UBS Securities, LLC’s investment banking division from June 2012 to September 2016. Mr. Baccile also served in various senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and he served as Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.

Mr. Scott A Musil has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Musil also served in various positions at First Industrial including Senior Vice President, Assistant Secretary, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Controller, Vice President and Secretary.

Ms. Sara Niemiec serves as the Chief Accounting Officer pf the company. She also served in various positions of assurance and business advisory services at Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Christopher Schneider has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations of the company. He also served as the Information Officer of property management operations of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc for the Western Region. Prior to that, Mr. Schneider has been the controller at the Shidler Group.
