Mr. Stephen B. Bowman has been the Chairman of the company since May 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Northern Trust Corporation. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions at The Northern Trust Corporation, including the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Trust’s European region and North American region.

Mr. James A. Reuter has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and First Interstate Bank since November 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Reuter was the President and Chief Executive Officer of FirstBank Holding Company of Colorado. He began his banking career at FirstBank, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing various divisions including loan/mortgage operations and information technology.

Ms. Kristina R. Robbins has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Loan Operations at the company from 2018 to 2022. Earlier, Ms. Robbins worked as an Executive Vice President at Sterling Bank from 2007 to 2014.

Ms. Lori A. Meyer has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the bank since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Bank’s Operations Branch Support Division from 2007 to 2013 at First Interstate. Ms. Meyer has held various senior management roles at First Interstate BancSystem Inc. since 1997.

Ms. Lorrie F. Asker has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Regional President of First Interstate’s Rocky Mountain within in the company from 2019 to 2023.
