Mr. Anthoni Salim has been the Chairman of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Salim Group. He serves as the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer for PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Currently, Mr. Anthoni Salim also serves as the Commissioner and a Director for various companies.

Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2003. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Mr. Pangilinan is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President for PLDT Inc and Smart Communications Inc. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Manila Electric Company. Currently, he serves as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures, Inc and Chairman of Global Business Power Corporation (GBP), Terra Solar Philippines, Inc. (TSPI), Maynilad Water Services, Inc., Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, NLEX Corporation, Philex Mining Corporation, PXP Energy Corporation, Landco Pacific Corporation, Metro Pacific Health Corporation, Mediaquest Holdings, Inc. and Associated Broadcasting Corporation (TV 5), the Vice Chairman of Roxas Holdings, Inc., and a Director of ePLDT, Inc. and Axelum Resources Corp.

Mr. Joseph H.P. NG has been the Associate Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2022. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Non-executive Director of Philex Mining Corporation and PXP Energy Corporation, and a Director of PacificLight Power Pte. Ltd. Prior to this, he held various senior finance positions at the company, including Executive Vice President of Group Finance, Group Treasurer, the Head of Finance of the Group’s regional telecom division, and as a director of a number of the Group’s telecom joint ventures in India, Indonesia, and China.

Mr. John W. Ryan has been the Associate Director, and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Associate Director and Executive Vice President of Group Corporate Communications of the company. Previously, he served as the Financial Journalist and the Bureau Chief of Moscow and Hong Kong of Dow Jones from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Ryan also served as the Head of Corporate Communications, Asia Pacific for HSBC’s wholesale bank.
