Mr. Anthoni Salim has been the Chairman of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Salim Group. He serves as the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer for PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Mr. Salim also serves as the Commissioner and a Director for various companies.

Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2003. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Mr. Pangilinan is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President for PLDT Inc and Smart Communications Inc. He serves as the Chairman of Metro Pacific Investments Corp, ePLDT Inc, Manila Electric Co, PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures Inc, Metro Pacific Tollways Corp, Maynilad Water Services Inc, NLEX Corp, PXP Energy Corp, Philex Mining Corp, Landco Pacific Corp, Davao Doctors Inc, Medical Doctors Inc, Mediaquest Holdings Inc, Colinas Verdes Corp, and Associated Broadcasting Corp. Mr. Pangilinan also serves as the Vice Chairman of Roxas Holdings Inc.

Mr. Joseph H.P. NG serves as the Associate Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Non-executive Director of Philex Mining Corporation and PXP Energy Corporation, and the Director of PacificLight Power Pte. Ltd.

Mr. John W. Ryan serves as the Associate Director, and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Financial Journalist and the Bureau Chief of Moscow and Hong Kong of Dow Jones from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Ryan also served as the Head of Corporate Communications, Asia Pacific for HSBC’s wholesale bank. Prior to this, he served as the Associate Director and Executive Vice President of Group Corporate Communications of the company.
