Mr. Paul Ehrnrooth has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chairman of Turret Oy Ab; President and the Chief Executive Officer of Savox Oy from 1999 to 2007. Prior to this, he served in various management positions in Wartsila Corporation from 1994 to 1999 and Kone Corporation from 1993 to 1994.

Mr. Jyri Luomakoski has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Interim President, and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2008. He held various senior management roles within the company since 1999, including Chief Financial Officer of Asko Oyj and Oy Uponor Ab from 1999 to 1999; member of the Executive Committee from 1999 to 2008; and Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2008. Earlier, Mr. Luomakoski served in various positions at Oy Uponor Ab, Oy Lars Krogius Ab, and Datatrans.

Mr. Jussi Siitonen has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Amer Sports from 2011 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of Amer Sports from 2009 to 2010. Earlier, he also served Stora Enso Group as the Senior Vice President and Group Controller from 2008 to 2009, as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from 2006 to 2008 and held several leadership positions from 1992 to 2006.
